Got questions?
Here is some key information you might want to know when visiting Centrepoint!

Worship on Sundays

We currently have two services across our two locations. A 9:00am at Chermside, and a 10:30am at Taigum. During these services you will usually have 3-4 songs where people can praise and worship God. You will see some people singing, some raising their hands, some clapping, some even dancing or jumping. Please feel free to do what you are comfortable with! Our services usually run for about 75 minutes and finish with an opportunity for coffee, food, and conversation.

Parents room

For parents with newborns and/or very young children we offer you a parents room at both our locations. This is located at the back of the main auditorium at Chermside and in the foyer at Taigum with a live stream of the service so you don’t miss out!

Creche

Centrepoint Crèche runs in all of our AM services. Sign in your child before a service and enjoy an hour or so child-free in church! For kids 18 months - prep.

Kids church

Centrepoint Kids is a creative, fun program catering for kids 5-12 years of age. Sign your kids in before the service through the archway at Chermside or from the foyer at Taigum and be sure that they are safe and having a great time whilst you get an hour child-free! Please take them to the toilet before signing them in.

What do I wear?

We have all sorts of people at our Sunday services. Some people like to dress up, some people come in shorts and thongs! Anywhere in between is fine.

Parking

We have plenty of onsite parking both out the front and around the back of our buildings on the grass.

For Chermside, we also have parking available opposite the church at Red Radiology on Hamilton Road, and surrounding street parking available!

Disabled Access

There are disabled parking areas at both our locations. All building areas, café and toilet facilities cater for wheelchair access.

We also have Auslan interpreters in our 9:00am service at Chermside.
